The "Karnage Kustomz Kreeper"
Tried selling my cutlass for the last couple of months for dirt cheap with no luck. The motor and trans was rebuilt about 30,000 miles ago and she purrs like a kitty. Guess I'm lucky it didn't sell. So I ripped into it and fixed the trans seal which was
leaking. Repaired the floors and rubber coated them. New rug and the 65 ford buckets are back in. A good ol black primer job and dechroming all the trim pieces. Still some work left to do but for four days of work I changed the whole look of the car!
The name comes from the lil ol 260 v8 she sports. She's not a sleeper but a? Before knocking that motor do your research and see that Oldsmobile created this engine in a couple of weeks to come up with a smaller cubic inch motor with better gas mileage due to stricter rules and regulations during the gas crisis. This was the end of the late 60's early 70's American muscle cars with massive hp. The base of the motor is the 350 rocket motor destroked. So most of the components in the motor are from it's big brother. So it's pretty bullet proof.
I have to get the rest of the interior in and the trim back on. Eventually a real satin black paint job and I really am still thinking of finding some local graffiti artist to tag it up. Some new black rims, either some reverse wire wheels or 20's. Don't think I can squeeze 22's in the wheel wells with the 4" lowered suspension but it would look sick just undriveable.
Think this is going to be the company car? We'll see as nothing goes as planned around here. :) peace!
